We launched our new website just over three weeks ago and are very pleased with the new look and feel. We hope that member’s are finding that it is a much more user-friendly environment. As we reported in a few specific e-alerts to members, we experienced a few hiccups with logins to the member’s only articles. This issue has now been resolved. There are a couple of other minor fixes that will be ironed out, as well as an update on some of the content and most importantly a revision of member details in the online directory over the coming weeks.
For those of you who cannot access the member’s only section, this may mean that you have membership fees that are more than 45 days overdue. If you believe this is an error or have not been receiving invoices/statements from Eros, please contact our Business Manager, Joel at email@example.com and he will be able to investigate the situation and organise for access to be reinstated.
