I think campaigns on film and television censorship are almost redundant because of the internet. I believe the role of the Office of Film and Literature Classification is to give good advice on what people are likely to see in the film so they can avoid it if they don’t like the sound of it. If people don’t want four-letter words, OK, this has got a lot of them, don’t go and see it. It’s got sex, OK, I’m a bit prudish. I won’t go and see it. To be guided is fine, to be led by the nose is not.”
