The erotic woman has always held an important role throughout history.
Goddesses such as Aphrodite and Venus, historical figures like Mata Hari, Catherine the Great and Lola Montez, movie stars like Mae West and Marlene Dietrich, as well the iconic rock goddesses from the 60s to today.
This years theatrical production celebrates these women as performers delve into their stories of mystery, seduction and their power to bring about change.
In this unique collaboration of talented performers, the audience freely walks about in a 5 story gallery style building immersing themselves in stories of dance, performance art, installations, film, photography and soundscapes.
Get ready to enter into an experiential playground full of surprises that explodes into a celebration of the erotic woman!

Debby Doesn’t Do It For Free
Sex worker collective Debby Doesn’t Do It For Free are holding an exhibition at the Tap Gallery in Sydney June 2-6.

The Canberra Museum and Gallery has launched their new exhibition “X-Rated”, which will run until 20 September 2015. We are thrilled that the work of Touching Base is included in the displays and delighted that they have invited Rachel Wotton to provide a Q&A session after a screening of Scarlet Road on Saturday 30 May. The screening and Q&A will run from 2.30 to 4.00pm.
